Notes on Rad (Thunder) - Electricity though lightning
Please do not think i am crazy but just getting a clearer idea on this with simple experiments in power electronics that is not with real lightning or AC voltages.
1. Understand the properties of simple capacitors, inshaAllah. (focus on this first)
2. Understand supercapacitors for lightning (Rad/thunder) to rapidly charge and discharge electricity using natural sapphire at a small scale to understand it's feasibility. (with relations to using lightning as an energy source), ideally to solve problems with electricity bottlenecks from AI datacenter workloads and reducing carbon footprint, hopefully to ask dr. robiah for lightning rod designs and heat dissipation techniques, insha'Allah. ) - if it's from the quran, it's insha'Allah, possible. Need to electronic oscillator to understand noise when using natural sapphire, inshaAllah
3. Power distribution peer to peer to solve storing power and distribution issues and economics of those components? (sodium ion? lithium is expensive and flammable), inshaAllah
4. simulations of power electronics using laptop computer on linux? (look at software availability)
- local Some Grid Engine can be used for simlations, when thinkpad x1 carbon is not powerful enough. But not too much focus this idea, just a tool, but putting an option if laptop is not that powerful enough. (waste of time porting application with OpenMPI for parallelism). insha'Allah
Note: if we can try to figure out governing dynamics (as mentioned on sura al-Asr and some other chapters) better, we might be able to solve cooling problems? (to be moved), insha'Allah
